£34,000 - £38,000 Looking for a varied role, where you will have the chance to work across multiple prestige commercial buildings in London? We are currently recruiting a Maintenance Engineer to work with a privately owned building services provider across a number of high-end commercial properties situated within the City of London. The position will be part of a maintenance team delivering a best-in-class maintenance service through PPM and reactive duties on 5/6 properties within walking distance of each other in London. Duties:
PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance Emergency Lighting Fire Alarms Plumbing, Taps, Valves, Water Treatment, Tap Temperatures, Toilets, Pipes, Leaks Legionella awareness AHUs / FCUs Plant room checks General maintenance duties Qualifications:
Prior building services maintenance experience is required, though no formal qualifications are necessary. Benefits:
£34,000 - £38,000 per annum Monday to Friday 8-5 25 days holiday + bank holidays Pension Overtime
