Role Overview: The Wills & Probate Solicitor will manage a diverse caseload, including: Drafting Wills and creating Trusts Advising on Inheritance Tax Planning Administering estates, including high-net-worth cases Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and handling Court of Protection applications Managing complex probate cases, including contentious probate
Responsibilities: Providing clear, empathetic, and practical advice to clients Building strong client relationships based on trust and understanding Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory standards Engaging in networking and business development to contribute to the firm's growth
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess: An NQ Solicitor with experience in Wills, Trusts, and Probate Strong technical knowledge, including experience with complex estates Excellent communication and client-care skills A proactive, professional, and compassionate approach to client service
