To deliver on our purpose of making wonderful sound part of everyone’s life, we require a Country Head of HR to provide leadership and overall strategic direction, in all areas relating to Human Resource Management and Development to achieve business and organizational goals in the UK. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, the Country Head of HR will participate in developing, spearheading and driving HR initiatives to enhance the employee experience to attract, retain and develop the best talents. The Country Head of HR will also provide guidance and build capability within the team to perform to the best of their abilities to achieve high levels of professionalism and service excellence. The position reports directly to the VP, Human Resources EMEA and indirectly to the Managing Director, UK and IRL (100 FTE, EUR 60m revenues). What you will do

Business Partnering with business leaders in UK/IRL to enable growth and performance Developing and deploying HR Strategy in line with EMEA HR purpose and global priorities including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition, as well as maintaining and improving HR systems and management of the HR budget Engage, provide and facilitate HR solutions that enable the employee experience. Review and approve the annual manpower budget and assume overall responsibility for implementation and management. Review and oversee talent management and succession planning for business continuity and execute based on agreed guidelines Identify, monitor and review HR compensation systems to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness Drive Talent and Leadership development to support the growth trajectory of the business. Define and leverage programs to build culture, drive employee engagement and increase employer brand presence Research and critically analyze to establish a credible employer brand and differentiated employee value proposition Ensure that the company complies with current regulations, accepted professional standards, policies and procedures and legislation (including legislation on data protection, the Equality Act and health and safety). Experience Partnering with business to support organization strategy Designing and implementing talent strategies Managing employee relations topics including integration End-to-end development and management of personnel and HR budgets Driving adoption of technology in HR; leveraging both Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service modules Leveraging data to make everyday decisions Driving HR transformation by building HR competencies Personal competencies Project management skills with the ability to initiate project plans and balance multiple changing deadlines and priorities Problem solving and critical thinking Learning agility – ability to digest information quickly, apply existing knowledge, make connections across different areas, and identify questions/areas to explore Analytic capabilities and ability to leverage data to support conclusions and evidence-based decision-making Leading by influence and being high on EQ to sense the mood of the organization Financial and business acumen.
