We are looking for an Experienced Mortgage Broker to join us in Surrey, who has ideally looked after high net worth clientele, to join our premium Estate Agency Partner – Hamptons.
This role is hybrid, requiring you to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week and 2 days from home (once fully trained and authorised).

Our advisors provide advice to clients regarding their property-based finance needs and assist those with complex income structures and unusual circumstances. Additionally, our advisors assist clients with specialist lending solutions such as bridging, equity release, and commercial. The right candidate will: Hold full CeMAP or equivalent qualification. Ideally have 2 years of active broker experience. Ideally come from an estate agency background. Provide an excellent level of customer service. A drive and enthusiasm to succeed. Within this role you will be provided with: Competitive salary, uncapped commission (realistic OTE £60k+ within the first 12 months), with the opportunity for an annual bonus based on performance.
