We are currently seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all industry regulations. The Quality Engineer will play a key role in identifying areas for improvement in the production process and implementing solutions to enhance overall product quality.
Job Duties:
Develop and implement quality control procedures Conduct regular inspections of products to identify defects Analyse data to determine areas for improvement in the production process Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Provide training to production staff on quality control procedures Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Proven experience in a quality engineering role Strong understanding of quality control procedures Excellent problem-solving skills Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in a quality engineering role Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of quality control procedures Strong analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Engineering or related field Certification in Quality Management Working Conditions:
The Quality Engineer will primarily work in a manufacturing environment, conducting inspections and collaborating with production teams. Occasional travel may be required to visit suppliers or attend industry events.
