As our

Civil Engineering Project Manager , you will play a vital role in planning, executing, and finalising the delivery of strategic projects. This will include advising on buildability, health and safety documentation, and the preparation of the tender programme. Responsibilities

Working in conjunction with the Contracts Manager to ensure that the project is set up correctly, with the appropriate resources allocated for the works, plant, labour, and materials. Providing support to the pre-contracts team when putting together PQQ’s and tenders. Collating, distributing, and coordinating the handover of pre-tender information to the construction team. Preparing and assisting in the production of the contract programme. Identifying and managing project dependencies and the project's critical path. Managing project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying potential issues, and devising contingency/mitigation plans accordingly. We are searching for an experienced Project Manager who has a previous background working with civil engineering works. The successful individual will be able to demonstrate their skills in project management, resource planning, and budget/cost management.
