* Working for one of the global leading Facilities Management Companies, on behalf of a critical high-profile client based in Guildford.

* Working in a static role you will cover a healthcare building based in the centre of Guildford.
* Working in a Mechanical Engineering role you will be performing PPM and Reactive maintenance on Mechanical Building equipment like AHUs, FCUs, Pumps, Motors, General Plumbing and Fabric Equipment.
* Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of Mechanical and building services equipment.
* Going beyond specialised duties when required like multi-skilled maintenance changing lightbulbs, fabric maintenance, doors, plumbing, etc.
* Working on a shift pattern running 7am/7pm Days. What you'll need to succeed
* We are keen to speak to Engineers who are Mechanical qualified to C&G/NVQ Levels 2,3.
* Minimum of 2+ years in Mechanical building maintenance.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
* Must live within a commutable distance of Guildford, Surrey. What you'll get in return
