Your new role As a key member of our finance team, you will oversee the day-to-day finance function and work closely with the Directors to guide the company on financial strategy. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the day-to-day finance function Preparing financial reports on a weekly and monthly basis Preparation of monthly and yearly management accounts Preparation of the financial accounts Preparation and presentation of budgeting & cashflow forecasting P&L and balance sheet reconciliations Monitoring accounts payables and receivables Processing company payroll Experience in processing Invest NI grants, R&D Tax credit Intercompany reconciliation Identifying opportunities for process improvement across the accountancy production process and implementing changes Analytical review and identifying/highlighting variances to budget, forecast, and previous periods, review of KPIs What you'll need to succeed A professional accountancy qualification (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA) with 2+ years of relevant post-qualification financial accounting experience in a commercial organisation Strong background in financial reporting Advanced Excel and strong IT skills The ability to work well under pressure and manage conflicting deadlines Highly organised, goal-oriented, and solutions-focused Strong communication skills What you'll get in return Opportunity to work with a market-leading business Engage in diverse and challenging projects Contribute to the growth and success Competitive salary and benefits package What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
