Job Type: Full-time Location: Grimsby Salary: £35,000-£42,000 We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. This role involves using advanced data analysis and data science techniques to understand and influence employee behaviours and strategic decision-making across the organisation. The ideal candidate will be adept at using business intelligence tools, building databases, and providing actionable insights through sophisticated data modelling and visualisations. Day-to-day of the role:

Utilise business intelligence tools to explore and organise people data effectively. Build and manage complex databases of people data to support organisational needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop focused questions and hypotheses, providing deep insights into people-related issues. Design and conduct research using both quantitative and qualitative methods. Perform complex data analysis to identify patterns and trends that influence strategic decisions. Develop and refine data models to improve understanding of various scenarios. Create compelling data visualisations and employ storytelling techniques to aid decision-making processes related to people issues. Serve as a bridge between system teams and business support, delivering clear and relatable analytical reports to various stakeholders within the organisation. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a deep understanding of data systems and data science. Strong capability in using business intelligence tools and data visualisation software. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to decipher complex information from various systems. Strong communication skills to effectively convey information to a non-technical audience. Ability to employ analytical consulting methods to address challenges and shape solutions. Experience in conducting both qualitative and quantitative research. Proficiency in creating and managing large databases and conducting complex data analyses. Benefits:
