About the Role Obtaining quotes and liaising with providers Dealing with clients and maintaining excellent service levels Supporting advisers and paraplanners with administrative tasks Processing and monitoring new business applications Candidate Requirements At least two years of experience working in an IFA firm Familiarity with Xplan is an advantage Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Salary and Benefits Salary: £32,000 to £36,000 (dependent on experience) Full-time preferred, but part-time will be considered Office-based position 27 days holiday per annum, plus statutory holidays Group pension scheme 2x DIS On-site parking This role offers an excellent opportunity to further your career in financial services administration within a respected IFA firm.
