About Us: Our client, a national flooring market leader, is on the lookout for a passionate and results-driven Specification Manager to join our Melbourne team in VIC. With a strong presence in the industry, we collaborate with Australia's top tier 1 and 2 builders on both residential and commercial projects. This role offers a unique blend of on-the-road engagement as a Specification Manager and in-office responsibilities, providing you with a versatile and dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, designers, and key influencers in the construction industry. Identify and prioritize key accounts and projects for focused attention. Drive business development activities in Sydney, contributing to the achievement of the ANZ Budget. Actively pursue new end users and specifiers, aligning with the Segment and Commercial sales team. Execute key strategies set by the Director. Collect and analyze key market data to inform strategy development. Manage the end-to-end process of the commercial business plan, ensuring timely delivery and optimization of after-sales opportunities. Coordinate sales forecasts for profit projections and the Demand Planning process. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure our flooring products are specified on relevant projects. Provide product information, specifications, and samples to key influencers. Attend design team meetings and presentations to promote our products and services. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity, providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams. Attend industry events and trade shows to network and stay informed about industry trends. Offer technical support and assistance to customers, including the preparation of submittals and product information. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, from specification to delivery and installation. Prepare reports and update the CRM system to track sales and customer interactions. Salary:

Up to $100,000 - $130,000 + super + commissions + Car allowance tools of trade Location:
