Salary: GBP30000 - GBP33000 per annum Sous Chef – Up to £33,000 - Possible Live In The role: An experienced Sous Chef is required for a leisure park in the heart of the New Forest with easy access to the seafront, providing a stunning location to live and work. Live-in accommodation can be provided if you don’t live close by. The chefs here work just 40 hours usually on 12-9 shifts, and if you work over 40 hours, you get paid overtime, which is very refreshing! Key Information: Salary: up to £33,000 – plus GP related bonus Hours: 5/7 days on straight shifts usually 12pm-9pm Location: Near Christchurch, easy access to the vibrant seaside town of Bournemouth On top of a great salary of up to £33,000, you will also receive some great benefits: Fantastic training and development Career opportunities Live-in option Paid overtime Duties include: Support the Head Chef Set and maintain standards Ensure the kitchen is kept in a clean, tidy, and hygienic state Liaise with customers to ensure all dietary requirements are catered for Respond to customer feedback and amend menus as appropriate Create a range of interesting menus for both adults and children Perform any other reasonable requests by management What you need to get the job as a Sous Chef: Experience at Sous Chef level in a similar establishment Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent Experience cooking with fresh produce and to a high standard Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress Click Apply to progress to the next stage.
