You will be working in the secondary team supporting pupils on a 1:1 or classroom basis with their motivation and learning. Experience as a Learning Mentor is desirable but not essential. A passion for teaching students who struggle with mainstream school. Experience teaching within an alternative provision environment or a secondary school environment. A patient, calm, and engaging classroom manner. Registered DBS or be prepared to carry out a new DBS application.
