As the School Administrator, your responsibilities will include leading and developing administrative processes, coordinating a variety of programme-related tasks, and maintaining effective communication with staff and students alike. Mōu | Who You Are To thrive in this role you will have at least 3 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in a tertiary setting or medium to large complex organisation. Time management and prioritisation skills, to cope with competing demands to meet deadlines. A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service to both staff and students. Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demands and maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience using databases (such as Jade SMS). A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring that both electronic and paper-based filing systems are kept accurate and up to date. Ability to work independently while being an integral part of a collaborative team environment. A strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality in all administrative and communication processes. Experience managing schedules, filing systems and maintaining records efficiently.
