Elevation Recruitment are excited to be working with a leading specialist wholesale supplier who are seeking an enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to nurture and develop their customer base within the Huddersfield, Halifax and Bradford regions. Monday to Friday Company car Pension Uncapped Commission Company bonus structure Key Responsibilities Include: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing customers whilst prospecting to expand account base. Providing price quotes to customers as needed whilst adhering to budgets. Establishing close relationships with suppliers. Collaborating closely with the Telesales Department and maintaining interpersonal relationships. Ensuring repeat customer business through strategic investments and serving as the initial point of contact for addressing any issues. Striving to meet both team and individual incentives. Negotiating effectively with customers and suppliers to achieve mutually beneficial pricing. Attending monthly sales meetings and bi-annual sales conferences. Maintaining availability for customer queries as necessary to uphold excellent customer relationships. Maintaining a strong focus on business development. Qualifications and Requirements: Full UK driving licence. Minimum of 2 years sales experience. Confident. Self-motivation and drive to achieve results. Ability to proactively plan for future business needs. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
