Quality Manager Your new company You will be working for a manufacturing company based in East Bristol who are looking for a Quality Manager to join the team. Your new role The Quality Manager will oversee the quality assurance processes and ensure that all products meet consistent standards. This role involves developing and implementing quality control tests, inspecting products at various stages, and documenting production issues. The Quality Manager will work closely with the production team to maintain and improve product quality. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality control systems and standards. Monitor and analyse quality performance. Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality standards are met. Direct and coordinate the company's quality control program. Identify and implement training needs for the team to ensure understanding of quality standards and goals. Work with internal teams to ensure products meet quality standards before they go to market. Conduct audits, create audit reports, and recommend improvements. Review customer requirements and ensure they are met. Report to management on quality issues and trends. Drive and promote a culture of quality within the organisation. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in a quality position at either Senior Quality Engineer or Quality Manager level. Experience of ISO9001. Strong understanding of quality control procedures and relevant ISO standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
