About the role As a Legal Secretary, you will be undertaking a variety of secretarial and administrative duties and can expect to be assisting with the following: Managing diary appointments and arranging meetings Dealing with clients, agents etc by phone, taking messages and general calls Assisting with management of inbox emails Maintaining client matters: opening new files, arranging conflict checks, matter risk assessments, KYC checks and archiving completed files Dealing with a range of client specific billing requirements and generating bills Physical and electronic filing, general admin duties such as photocopying, scanning and occasional faxing About you To be successful for the role of Legal Secretary you will need to have a willingness to embrace team working and a passion for client service and be / have: Previous experience as a legal secretary Strong IT systems skills are essential, including strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills Experience of Outlook for Emails and Diary Management Excellent communication skills with a good, confident, telephone manner Experience of handling and managing sensitive and confidential information and dealing with such material appropriately About the hours & rewards For the role of Legal Secretary there is on offer an excellent salary of £18,000 - £23,000 per annum depending on experience plus benefits.
