Arthur is partnered with a growing specialty Property & Casualty Insurance provider that is recruiting an Underwriting Operations Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This role is a vital part of the underwriting operations team, focused on ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across a variety of activities, including policy-specific transaction support and onboarding, while working closely with other functions to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct month-end and quarter-end reconciliations and reporting. Support facultative reinsurance processing and reconciliations. Provide assistance for key processes handled by underwriting assistants. Facilitate the onboarding of new lines of business, products, or team members. Align processes, systems, and team organisation with company standards.
We are seeking candidates with experience in London Market Insurance, particularly in underwriting or operations. You must be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage demanding workloads effectively.
