Performing assembly tasks under a microscope for eight hours a day Conducting 2nd and 3rd optical visual inspection, die attach, wire bond, stud pull, wire dressing, wire pull, shear pull, flip chip, re-flow, incoming/outgoing inspections, wafer wash, dicing, and pick & place Understanding the specifications and criteria for all assembly processes Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Willingness to be trained to operate assembly equipment Reviewing assembly specifications to ensure protocol accuracy Job Requirements:
Significant experience in electronics/electrical manufacturing Preferably certified to work to IPC soldering standards Comfortable with microscope visual inspection These positions are initially on a 6-month temporary basis, with the potential for permanent positions for the right individuals. The working hours are 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 7am to 4.45pm and Friday from 7am to 12.30pm.
