As a First Impression Assistant, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to our clients. We are looking for a charismatic and enthusiastic individual who relishes in providing a warm welcome whether it be face to face or over the phone. Key Responsibilities:
Meeting, greeting and interacting with visitors. Monitoring a busy centralised First Impression Team inbox. Processing and confirming meeting room booking requests. Ordering, organising, and assisting with hospitality and events. Populating data collection workbooks. Meeting room set up and hospitality. Key Skills:
Exceptional Customer Service skills to effectively greet and communicate with callers and visitors. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Rewards and Benefits:
