Identify proactive (calendar hooks/planned events) and reactive (breaking news) opportunities, that provide content to post about on social. Produce, edit and curate content articles for our B2B Join the Panel website ensuring themes are creative and relevant. Maintain and update relevant information on the B2B website. Source customer reviews and develop case studies quarterly to be published on the B2C and B2B websites. Manage and deliver video content, where relevant. Monitoring online comments to protect the reputation of our client online. Monitor and manage Trustpilot reviews (daily), responding to negative feedback and passing reviews to the relevant department. Public Relations
Support PR campaigns and proactively suggest initiatives that get people talking positively about our client to raise overall brand awareness across all media: national, regional, online and social. Conduct market research to support PR campaigns and use the findings to assist with campaigns and content. Researching, writing and distributing content and creative campaigns to targeted media. Being up-to-date on the latest news stories to identify content and PR opportunities. Daily round up of relevant industry and consumer news that could be useful for the business. Sharing 5 star Trustpilot and Google Reviews weekly with relevant teams and delivering internal competition and rewards scheme. Evaluation and Reporting
Evaluate and review digital and social content to make sure the correct mediums and content topics are being used and are effective. Track digital and social performance and return on investment and prepare monthly and yearly social media and content reports for management to monitor progress. Monitor and report on competitor digital and social activity and PR campaigns. IDEAL EXPERIENCE: Experience in a similar role. Strong copywriting skills and a creative flair for creating written content and graphics for social, digital and print. Experience of managing multiple social media platforms and social management tools. Hands-on experience of online and print communications and marketing campaigns. Experience of managing social media platforms.
