Job Description We’re seeking a data-driven

E-Commerce Conversion Specialist

to take full ownership of optimising our website’s performance and increasing revenue. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on using advanced digital tools and analytics to improve conversion rates and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Analyse user behaviour using analytics and user experience tools. Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies. Identify and eliminate barriers to conversion.

Personalisation and Targeting: Work with the digital team to deliver personalised user experiences. Create and refine dynamic campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor key metrics, including conversion rates, bounce rates, and sales performance. Use insights to inform decisions and recommend actionable changes. Provide regular reports on website performance and conversion trends.

Content and Search Optimisation: Work with the digital SEO executive and product team to optimise search functionality and performance. Collaborate with content creators to ensure the website aligns with sales objectives.

E-Commerce Strategy Development: Align website goals with broader sales and marketing strategies. Stay updated on e-commerce trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

About You: Proven experience in e-commerce with a focus on conversion optimisation and driving sales growth. Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and personalisation technologies. Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making. Excellent understanding of customer behaviour in an online sales environment. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering sales.
