STEM Program Coordinator Summer Intern

to join our dynamic team in delivering world-class STEM education programs for primary and secondary-aged youth, all with the goal of exciting children about STEM careers while generating the next generation of Williams Racing fans. You will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) programs, responsible for coordinating events, managing logistics, facilitating program activities, and providing crucial administrative support. Your role will involve recruiting participants via email/phone outreach, coordinating logistics for the program, ensuring smooth CRM (Salesforce) administration, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop the collateral needed to promote the program effectively (merchandise orders, informational fliers). STEM Program Coordinator – Summer Intern,

you will: Plan, organize, and support during STEM-related events, workshops, and activities. Coordinate logistics such as participant bookings, venue selection, equipment setup, and school travel. Own prospecting of participant pipeline in Salesforce, conducting outreach to potential school or community group participants to engage them in the program. Communicate effectively with program participants, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information before, during, and after the program. Foster a positive and engaging environment for all participants, documenting feedback. Assist the STEM Program Facilitator in facilitating STEM program activities, including checking in on students to ensure understanding during activities, helping to set up for various activities, etc. Provide support to instructors and participants during program sessions. Manage and update the CRM system (Salesforce) to track participant data and program metrics. Input prospect contact information to ensure our CRM database includes all potential school and community programs as opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote the STEM program through various channels, including content creation and paid marketing efforts. will have: The ability to learn and adapt on the go. Some event planning/coordination experience is preferred. Some experience working with children in an educational or programmatic setting is preferred. A strong attention to detail, commitment to meeting deadlines, and ability to think outside of the box to solve challenges as they arise. What can Williams offer?
