The Manager - Strategy and Market Insights is responsible for supporting the Commercial Planning Senior Director to implement multiple strategic initiatives within the organisation e.g. strategic planning workshops, market / competitive intelligence workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

Support annual processes, including long range planning workshops, support budgeting processes, optimisation, and growth acceleration plans. Ensure cross-country functional delivery of AWM International strategic priorities by creating critical metrics to monitor progress against associated organizational objectives. Support the marketing team through the planning cycle in process aligned with global and downstream counterparts - e.g. Strategic plan to Tactical execution plans. Develop insights (external) on macro trends and indicators to advise on strategies, tactics and market models to form recommendations on strategic opportunities. Perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of business issues and the development of business cases for investment approval. Participate in the design, development and delivery of strategy projects or components of larger, complex projects. Drive Ideation projects along with management of interns / graduates. Qualifications and Experience:

Excellent academic profile, ideally a postgraduate degree (Master’s, PhD, MSc, MPhil etc.) in management / health economics / MBA (with a strong healthcare focus). 3-5 years of commercial strategy experience at Tier-1 firm(s) in the healthcare industry (medical technology / pharmaceuticals / biotechnology) or healthcare management consulting. A developed understanding of the healthcare industry; its structure, its markets, the customers, their incentives, with experience working across European / international markets. Fluent in English, any other international language is an asset. Able to travel to our S+N Croxley (Watford) Office: 2 – 4 days / week. International travel requirements:
