We are looking to recruit a site-based
Development Sales Manager
to join our Sales team in our Southern Region (located in the Chichester Area), reporting to the Sales Manager. Your role is primarily to manage the day-to-day sales function on a development and be the first point of contact for potential and actual customers. You will be responsible for securing the sale of homes and managing the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures, and targets. We seek self-motivated, target-driven, and organized candidates with good IT proficiency.
