Job Summary Are you an experienced HCPC registered Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist looking for a new or additional role with career development opportunities? Have you ever thought about working within a prison environment, helping to rehabilitate and support offenders to live purposeful lives as a member of the community? If you are looking for a role where you can develop your existing skills and learn something new every day, then this is the place to be. We believe in a good work-life balance, so there is no on-call or weekend work. This role is part-time, working 24 hours a month at HMP Lancaster Farms. You will also form part of the wider MSK Health in Justice Team comprising physiotherapists and podiatrists in immigration centres and prisons across the country. Main Duties of the Job You will be closely supported and mentored by our Clinical Lead, and this combined with our well-developed appraisal system, in-service training, and funding for external clinical courses will provide you with an excellent supportive learning environment to continue your professional development. With proven post-registration experience of assessing and treating MSK conditions in an outpatient setting, you must have excellent communication and organisational skills and be willing to learn and develop. About Us When you are part of the Practice Plus Group team, you don't just have a job. You have a career. We work with you to help you grow in your role and take your career in the direction you want to go. We'll help you be the best you can be. We want our team members to feel motivated and rewarded. So, we offer a competitive package of pay and benefits. We also recognise the value of a healthy work-life balance, so we always try to be flexible, helping you fit your working life around your home life.
