RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS Technology Own software engineering processes for the product domain and their lifecycle to balance team and stakeholder goals. Drive good habits and patterns and practices across all squads and team members. Guide the team when they are stuck with technology challenges and help to overcome them. Measure what matters: tailor measurement through quantitative and qualitative data to aid decision making. Foster a learning culture through ongoing experimentation and stretching of skills. Perform Technical Risk Management, ensuring technical risk is solved or mitigated as early as possible. Quality & Process Own quality throughout all aspects of your teams’ work. Be accountable for repeatability in automation and testing to ensure consistent results. Drive Process Improvement through a Continuous Improvement mindset. Support Agile Delivery Lead and Product Managers with refinement, shaping, and sizing units of work to ensure backlog health matches velocity. ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Develop and maintain Dotnet Frameworks and microservices to support scalable & efficient components (Proficiency in Microsoft Azure.NET programming languages (C#, MVC, Web API, .NET Core). Good experience in developing solutions with .Net Core, C#, AWS functions, Logic Apps, Service queues, etc., conforming to design patterns. You have a good understanding of system design and data structures, and have experience with relational (SQLServer, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (Added advantage). In-depth knowledge of AWS services and their use cases, including EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, and Redis. Advanced skills in SQL Server, SQL programming, stored procedures, complex queries, and performance analysis/optimization. Good understanding in test automation (unit, integration, front-end), with CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes. Knowledge of AWS cloud platform. Develop and design software components per requirements and architecture defined. Lead code reviews for components in systems applying design principles, coding standards, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, and Technical Leads to design and implement components. Demonstrate ownership and prioritize work with minimal supervision. Build relationships and influence among peers. Added Advantages: Familiarity with Mobile Development in Dart/Flutter Framework. Understanding of Flutter, Flutter UI, and animations. Some working understanding with native technologies like Android, iOS. Knowledge and understanding of Firebase. Some working knowledge with remote data via REST/JSON, Integrating with Third-party APIs. Fair understanding of design patterns over and above MVP, MVVM, and MVC. Fair understanding of building and managing production mobile apps. Eligibility Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. Fluent in English; Additional languages such as Dutch are advantageous. Candidate is based out of the Netherlands or UK and possesses valid work authorization.
