Location – Newcastle Salary and Grading – DOE Job Type – Full Time, Permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (3pm finish on Friday) We are currently seeking an Office Sales Administrator to join the team. This is an opportunity for a candidate who is looking to develop their skills, supporting management in both sales and aftersales, ensuring customer data is accurately recorded and up to date. The Office Sales Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the CRM database, new customer sales, and all sales administration. This holds all customer data such as their sales experiences, appointments, communication, and personal info. This information is also used to provide insights to Senior Management, so its accuracy is vital to success. In return, the Office Sales Administrator will receive an attractive salary, 25 days annual leave, company pension, reward and recognition, plus much more. Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring the timely and accurate entry of data on the Customer Database. Monitoring of data input. Extraction of data from Database. Supporting the sales team function with administrative tasks such as updating proposals, confirming appointments, etc. Requirements:

Experience using Microsoft Applications, specifically Dynamics, Excel, Outlook, and Word. Previous exposure to an office environment. Awareness of Data Privacy and GDPR. Drive to develop and progress. Benefits:
