The purpose of the role: We’re currently looking for a Network Analyst to join the team in Glasgow. The purpose of this role will be to provide high level operational support of the global network to ensure availability meets the SLA objectives. The position will also be responsible for ongoing Network service improvements to meet the needs of the business. Key Responsibilities Network Support: Identifies & resolves network problems following agreed procedures. Security Administration: Monitors the application and compliance of security administration procedures and reviews information systems for actual or potential breaches in security. Incident Management: Prioritise & diagnose incidents according to agreed procedures. Change Management: Develops implementation plans for complex requests for change. Leads the assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation of changes based on requests. What we’re looking for: Demonstratable knowledge and experience of networking practices within a corporate environment. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Proven experience working within an SLA driven technical support environment. CCNA Certification or higher. Firewall administration (Palo Alto & Panorama).
