Day-to-Day Responsibilities Working collaboratively with the Architects to design the systems of the future Working with the CTO team to ensure quality standards are adhered to Leading the team, giving them direction, ensuring both the Business & Technical strategies are implemented Write clean, secure code, following a test-driven approach Collaborate well with peers, both inside and outside of your direct team Develop expertise in the rail retail business and act as a point of contact Participate in ongoing training to stay current in required skills Embrace new technologies and ways of working Who Are We Looking For We look for big thinkers. In practice this means: Extensive experience in developing RESTful APIs using .NET core, VueJS 2/3, and C#, whilst also being responsible for key design decisions Extensive experience in frontend development using VueJS 2/3 or Angular Extensive experience in cloud concepts such as containerisation, AWS Fargate, Lambda, etc. Extensive experience integrating disparate systems Experience with Azure DevOps, including Pipelines Experience with designing micro and macro services You are inquisitive with a strong desire to continuously add to your expertise Perks & Benefits At Worldline you’ll get the chance to be at the heart of the global payments technology industry and shape how the world pays and gets paid.
