Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the school, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations. Develop and manage the school’s budget, providing regular financial reports to the senior management team. Manage payroll, invoicing, and accounts receivable/payable. Collaborate with department heads to monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities. Prepare financial statements, forecasts, and analyses to support strategic planning. Liaise with external auditors, ensuring timely and accurate audits. Maintain and improve financial systems and processes. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Finance Manager, preferably within an educational setting. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organisational and leadership abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) are highly desirable. What We Offer: A competitive salary of up to £55,000.
