Our work varies greatly – covering all aspects of plumbing and heating work in properties which include residential, country houses, commercial buildings, hotels, schools, churches, etc. As part of the ongoing expansion of the business we need to recruit an experienced

Heat Pump Service and Commissioning Engineer . Duties & Responsibilities: Service air and ground source heat pumps. Commission heat pump installations. Provide technical support to installers. Deal with heat pump breakdowns. Manage your own workload, sourcing parts and materials as required, liaising direct with customers to organise return visits as required. Ensure labour and materials used for each job is accurately recorded to facilitate accurate and prompt invoicing. A smartphone and job management software will be provided for this purpose. Desirable experience and key skills: Minimum 5 years' experience in servicing/commissioning heat pumps. Knowledge of Mitsubishi equipment would be a distinct advantage, but we are happy to provide training if necessary. Strong communication skills – comfortable dealing direct with customers. Ability to manage own workload, and train others – we have several apprentices working within the business. Salary & benefits: Starting package of between £40-50K (negotiable depending on experience). Opportunities to increase this through overtime/out of hours cover. Company van and fuel card.
