Nursery Manager

Nursery Manager We are working with an independent day nursery who are currently recruiting for a Nursery Manager for their nursery setting in Cheam. The successful candidate will preferably have a minimum of 18 months nursery management experience, demonstrating a sound working knowledge of both the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and Ofsted Standards. Position Details Your role: Overseeing the monitoring, planning, and development of the nursery setting Promoting and ensuring a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment Supporting and promoting equality and diversity throughout all areas of care and practice Supervising, supporting and reviewing staff development and performance Developing and maintaining professional relationships with Local Authorities and other professionals associated with the nursery You will ideally have: Early Years Degree or relevant childcare qualification such as CACHE, NVQ, NNEB or recognised A minimum 18 months nursery management experience A sound understanding of the Ofsted standards and requirements Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations What the position offers: £47,500.00 per annum starting salary, negotiable Benefits package Generous holiday allowance Pension and healthcare To apply to this Nursery Manager position please submit your CV using the apply link.
