The successful candidate will have a background working within a busy IT team, experience in designing and implementing technical solutions, supporting servers and desktop operating systems, and strong expertise in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving. Key Areas of Responsibility Supporting customers via phone or email. Working closely with the service support lead and other senior support engineers. Managing relationships with third-party suppliers. Keeping operational documentation up-to-date.
