Job title: Operations Director

Who are we recruiting for?
Executive Integrity are exclusively partnering with a global leading LNG solutions provider dedicated to delivering clean, reliable, and affordable energy to emerging markets worldwide.
What will you be doing?
Lead regional operations to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective terminal and vessel management.
Manage FSRUs, Port Service Vessels, and key service providers while driving performance excellence.
Support business development efforts with operational expertise and collaborate on project strategy in the APAC region.
Oversee contract deliverables, budgets, audits, and crisis response protocols.
Promote continuous improvement in operational standards and environmental responsibility.
Are you the ideal candidate?
Holds a Master/Chief Engineer Certificate with senior sea service on LNG or petroleum tankers.
Leadership experience in the energy or shipping industry, including shore-side roles.
Familiarity with maritime regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM, ISPS, MLC) and planned maintenance systems like NSE or SAP.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
Willing to travel internationally (approximately 20%) and remain available for on-call responsibilities.
