Corporate & International/Transactions Tax Associate Partner
Location: London The role
Our Corporate & International and Transaction Taxes teams work across a broad range of clients in all sectors and on various projects. Due to the continued growth of the firm and our expanding service line, we are looking for an Associate Partner to join us in one of our national offices. Ideally, we are looking for someone with the following background and experience: Minimum of ten years’ experience in a corporate tax role with significant exposure to corporate tax advisory projects, including (but not limited to) corporate tax compliance, corporate and shareholder reorganisations, acquisition and sale structuring, tax due diligence, demergers, international matters. CTA and / or ACA qualified (preferred although not essential). Experience of dealing directly with clients and intermediaries. Interest in development of junior staff members including new graduates. This role is preferably full-time, but we will consider part-time / flexible working arrangements. Only those applicants who have a legal right to work in the UK and have an appropriate amount of practical relevant UK tax experience, as outlined above, will be considered for these roles.
