Role : CTO Location : Hybrid Essential : 12+ years experience in technology & senior leadership roles CTI is seeking to appoint a CTO for an upcoming iGaming provider. Responsibilities : Formulate and execute the technology strategy to ensure alignment with organisational objectives. Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to establish the technical roadmap and prioritise projects according to business goals. Lead the technical vision, encompassing architecture, design, and the execution of features. Assemble and oversee a compact technical team in Lisbon while collaborating with external agencies and development teams throughout Europe. Demonstrate substantial technical expertise within the poker and casino sector. Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and organisational capabilities. Liaise with external vendors and technical leaders to effectively manage project activities and resources. Oversee project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of technical initiatives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the technical team and across projects. Requirements : 12+ years experience in leadership positions within the technology sector. Proven track record in a dynamic start-up environment, complemented by experience at the enterprise level. Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of cryptocurrency-based iGaming products, including Poker and Casino, across web and mobile platforms utilising blockchain technology. A strong background in the gaming industry is crucial. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, enabling professional interactions with stakeholders. Demonstrated expertise in managing technology projects from conception to deployment. Skilled in fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Adept at navigating the complexities of the gaming sector and regulatory requirements. Committed to staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends. Proven ability to lead teams in delivering innovative solutions that enhance user experience.
