Location: Mixed – Nuneaton and Remote Salary:

About the Job The software is Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS Dispatcher. As part of your key responsibilities you’ll: Support the development and maintenance of our WMS products. Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to project team members. Resolve project issues in a timely manner. Provide regular project communication and status reports. Create and maintain documentation, including work instructions, configuration items, and best practices. Follow established policies and procedures, determine and recommend potential enhancements and/or improvements. Develop and manage direct relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure business solutions are aligned and meeting standards. Serve as a catalyst between the business and IT divisions for development of functional specifications through Blue Yonder WMS Dispatcher Solution. Assist WMS Architect with key design decisions and strategy development. About You We’d love you to have the following skills and experience: Excellent communication skills including effective listening and written communication skills. Experience in logistics and supply chain with detailed knowledge of warehousing. Experience in leading/supporting IT Infrastructure, warehousing setup, and supplier management. Experience of leading/delivering large projects. Application Configuration of the Blue Yonder (JDA Dispatcher) Product of two or more versions. Advanced PL/SQL knowledge. Advanced SQL. Oracle Database Performance Troubleshooting. Shell Scripting, iReports, Linux Operating System, Cloud Console Management such as AWS or Azure.
