We are currently seeking a
Removals Export Coordinator
for our client based in Surrey, who specialise in international removals. Your role as the Removals Export Coordinator will be to work alongside the sales and operational team to assist with all shipping and operational duties. You will coordinate the export process, ensuring compliance with international regulations, customs requirements, and company policies. On a day-to-day basis, you will be liaising with shipping lines and destination agents, so having excellent communication skills (written and verbal) is a key attribute for this role. Other duties of the Removals Export Coordinator: Monitor and track shipments throughout the export process, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams. Build strong relationships with suppliers such as shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, and other relevant service providers. Identify and resolve any shipment delays, issues, or discrepancies to ensure on-time delivery. The successful Removals Export Coordinator will come from a removals/shipping or logistics background or have very strong administration and client skills.
