Business partner with decentralized departments to identify cost transformation opportunities by consolidating supplier spends and negotiating new contracts. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring the best terms and conditions. Lead on the Group's strategy to consolidate suppliers and generate a Group wide 'preferred supplier' list. Ensure contracts are in place and up to date for key suppliers. Support decentralized functions throughout the procurement process for new suppliers. Maintain the Group's 3rd Party supplier register. Perform ad-hoc audits of new supplier procurements ensuring compliance with the Group's Framework. Support the group to maintain regulatory compliance with Data Protection laws (G.D.P.R). Establish close relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs. Work collaboratively with cross-functional groups to develop and implement procurement strategies. Ensure compliance with relevant European Laws/Windsor Framework, regulations, and organisational policies. Communicate monthly updates on savings identified and other metrics. The Ideal Person:

Experience in implementing Lean Manufacture / Continuous Improvement. 2+ years' experience in an Operational FMCG Environment. Experience with Change Management. Evidence of creating a strong culture of involvement and influence with people through empowerment and coaching. Desirable:

Experience in a similar role, Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, or Food environment is preferred.
