Your Role: You will manage moderate complexity clients and studies. Utilizing your decision-making skills, you will establish project schedules, communicate effectively with all stakeholders, and ensure that the studies are executed as required by the client. You are accountable for the accurate assembly and communication of project details and ensuring that all planning work is accurate to allow for a smooth execution. You will work with Quality Assurance (QA), Orders Management, Sales and Lab teams across sites and divisions to ensure a seamless service. You will have tactical project management responsibilities for your studies. You will execute project management skills such as defining project tasks, plans and resource requirements, demonstrating adherence to global project management office (PMO) practices. You will initiate and lead proactive discussions with external clients and internal stakeholders to align on expectations. You will support the complaints process. This position may provide site and global project leadership for a few large accounts. You need to be impactful so that you induce business changes across the organization to reflect your client’s needs. You will partner with Account Managers to develop the account business plans.

Who You Are: 2+ years’ experience managing complex business, commercial, or operations projects in life Science or pharmaceutical industry, or 5+ years’ experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. Experience managing client-facing projects. Proven project management skills (e.g., resource planning, schedule management, critical path planning, project team communication, and risk mitigation). Strong information management (physical and virtual) skills. Certification in Project Management. - desired Action oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communicator with ability to influence and lead a team of diverse stakeholders, including executives. Effective in dealing directly with clients, operational teams, and commercial colleagues.
