Tuesday, January 14, 2025 The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations across multiple facilities within the assigned region. This role ensures that all equipment, systems, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety, functionality, and compliance. The Maintenance Manager will lead maintenance teams, implement preventative maintenance programs, and support large-scale repair or renovation projects. Equipment will range from pickups, vacuum trucks, tractors, trailers, excavating, and material handling equipment. This position will require frequent travel within the assigned region (50-80%). Job Responsibilities:

Oversee preventative maintenance programs for all facilities in the region. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Maintain up-to-date records of inspections, repairs, and certifications. Supervise, train, and support site-level maintenance teams, technicians, and contractors. Required Qualifications:

Background in maintenance, DOT compliance, and troubleshooting. Flexibility in work/travel may include some evenings and weekends. Experience with automated equipment, maintenance, and diagnostic software. 5+ years of maintenance management experience, with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-site role preferred. Must have a good working knowledge of diesel engine, air brake and hydraulic systems. Experience working on equipment that operates in harsh environments is a plus. Pass a Pre-Employment DOT Physical, Drug Screen, and Alcohol testing. Pass a Pre-Employment Background Screening. Pass the Company's Auto Insurance Qualifiers. Pass the OSHA HAZWOPER 40-hour training. Be 21 years of age. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional team collaboration and supplier relationships. High School Diploma or GED. Salary and Benefits:
