EHS Compliance Manager Cumbria Permanent Up to £80,000 + bonus + strong benefits package We have partnered with a globally respected chemical manufacturing company in their search for an EHS Compliance Manager. Oversee and enhance process safety measures across the site, ensuring compliance with COMAH and EPR regulation. Be a hands-on leader, understanding where you can make an immediate impact and what the long-term goals will be. Drive cultural and behavioural safety initiatives. Coaching, managing and developing various senior stakeholders will be essential. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. Collaborate with the Global EHS Director to ensure best practices are being shared across sites. Qualifications:

Must have experience of working within a regulated industrial environment, ideally Chemical manufacturing. COMAH experience is essential. NEBOSH Diploma or NCRQ equivalent; CMIOSH would be desirable. IEMA Qualification. Strong understanding of risk assessments, process safety management, and regulatory compliance. Knowledge of management systems of ISO 14001, 45001. Proven leadership skills - the ability to engage at all levels is vital. Personality, influencing skills and engagement are crucial.
