Hope Personnel are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a medium-sized nursing and residential care home in Leeds for an experienced Registered Nurse working 36 hours, covering day and/or night shifts. The Nursing Home itself is a purpose-built nursing and residential care home registered for general nursing and Dementia care with a good reputation and positive culture. You will be responsible for: Overseeing a care of Healthcare Assistants whilst on duty Ensuring individuals' care plans are followed in line with agreed working Medications administration Care planning Promoting personal independence Promoting a positive working culture We are on the search for a superstar Registered Nurse (RGN/RNLD/RMN) with post-qualification experience and hold a valid NMC Pin number.
