Our client, a nationwide provider of learning disability services, is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead a dynamic team and ensure the delivery of outstanding care. The ideal candidate will bring valuable management experience and a strong commitment to improving the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a learning disability service, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. Maintain and improve CQC ratings through effective leadership and operational management. Ensure the service meets regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to build a skilled and motivated team. Monitor service performance, quality of care, and service user satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in managing a learning disability service. Strong understanding of CQC regulations and requirements, with a proven track record of achieving good CQC reports. NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
