What you will do: Provide support across Accident and Emergency and Acute Assessment wards using your expertise in occupational therapy. Manage a complex caseload utilising advanced clinical reasoning skills to aid in multidisciplinary assessments and formulate complex discharge plans aimed at admission avoidance. Deliver comprehensive assessments as part of a seven-day service, ensuring timely discharges and preventing admissions from Accident and Emergency and associated short stay units across the hot floor. Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field. Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). A car driver is preferable for this role to ensure effective and flexible cover of the service.
