Full Time Summary: NG Bailey Facilities Services are recruiting a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) to support our contract based in Reigate providing PPM and reactive maintenance. The hours are a split shift offering greater home life flexibility: Week 1:

07:00 - 16:00, Week 2:

10:00 - 19:00 and repeat.

There is also a team call-out rota which is only 1 week in 3 (pool vehicle is provided, therefore a Driving License is essential). Standby payment whilst on call-out. Key Responsibilities: Complete fault finding & repair of a range of electrical & mechanical plant & equipment. Responsibility for diagnosing and rectifying mechanical & electrical plant faults, ensuring all statutory requirements are maintained. Effective servicing, fault diagnosis & repair work of HVAC equipment to current standards. Submission of clear, concise & accurate reports of work carried out. Comfortable in the use of computers and PDAs. Qualifications: Previous experience as an Electrical maintenance service engineer within the commercial sector, undertaking routine plant repairs & maintenance. NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering / Installation. UK Driving License. Benefits: £40,000 Salary on offer, Plus Overtime available.
