Job Description Manage financial operations across multiple hotel properties. Develop comprehensive budget plans and financial forecasts. Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Implement and monitor effective financial controls and systems. Collaborate with hotel managers to optimise profitability. Lead the finance team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Report on financial performance to senior management. The Successful Applicant A successful 'Cluster Financial Controller' should have: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Open to QBE, part qualified or qualified accountants (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Proven experience in a similar financial leadership role within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Superior analytical skills and strategic thinking.
