The Opportunity : This role is perfect for someone with 2–3 years of experience in finance or business analytics who loves diving into the numbers and making sense of them to help a business thrive. Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll have a broad scope to support business operations in a dynamic and fast-growth environment. Position Overview : Finance Controller: Ensure responsible allocation of funds amongst the chaos of a fast-growing start-up. Analyse Finances: Track spending, analyse where the money’s going, and make sure it aligns with business goals. Measure ROI: Break down the return on investment for key expenses so we can focus on what works. Support the CFO: Handle everyday financial control tasks to free up the CFO for strategic priorities. Business Analytics: Perform a series of Business Insight activities to support efficient resource allocation in day-to-day operational decision making. What we’re looking for : 2–3 years of experience in finance, business analytics, or a similar role. A knack for numbers and spotting patterns. Skills in finance analytics and business insights. Experience with financial software and tools (e.g., Xero, Excel). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
