Community Management Intern Key Responsibilities : Engage with community members to foster connections and ensure an exceptional member experience. Deep strategic analysis across countries to understand how to move the network forward strategically. Support the planning and execution of events and initiatives designed to strengthen the network. Manage and grow online presence by creating engaging content for social media and newsletters. Collect feedback from members and propose actionable improvements to enhance community value. Collaborate with the team to identify and onboard new members who align with the vision. Monitor community activity and provide insights to drive meaningful engagement and participation. Ideal Profile : Highly communicative and personable, with a passion for building relationships and connecting people. Creative thinker with experience in social media management and content creation. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take initiative in a growing and dynamic organization. Interest in professional networking, events, and community building. Location : This is a fully remote position. Compensation : This is an unpaid internship.
